Geo-call numbers (=local network call numbers) are local call numbers with an area code, but not tied to a physical connection. Your advantages:

With geo-call numbers, you create a local reference to your company from the customers’ perspective. Geo-phone numbers are often used for marketing campaigns where your own company phone number should not be communicated. The numbers can of course be combined with our voice platform CloudVoice to use caller prequalification or intelligent routing. You can change the routing to your destinations at any time via our online portal or API interface.
Local Phone Numbers in Germany
Geo-call numbers in Germany can be routed to any destination worldwide. For callers from Germany, the call to a geo number is free of charge (with a flat rate) or very cheap at the national rate. For this reason, and because of the local reference, callers often prefer geo-call numbers to other service numbers.
The second advantage of geo numbers compared to other service numbers is the accessibility from abroad without restrictions worldwide. With other number ranges (0800, 0180, 0900) there are restrictions from some countries or foreign networks.
We are able to deploy german geo-numbers in all 5200 local networks within few minutes. Due to regulatory requirements, the user of the geo-call number must prove a residence or place of business in the respective local network to prevent the simulation of not existing local references. Geo telephone numbers can also be extended by 1-2 digits if desired. The new numbers emerging can be forwarded to different destinations, on which bases every department of a company – for example – could be reached directly.
